CompuCom provides many services and products to many different companies. Among these offerings is a scalable out source help desk solution, called Enterprise HelpDesk. Companies can choose Enterprise for simple things, like warranty support and software rollouts to more complex, like after hours support or total IT custom solutions.
RESULTS
We decided to accomplish these directives in two separate videos. The first centered around the Enterprise HelpDesk to accomplish the first three directives. It showed how large the help desk is and drove 4 points; Flexibility, Dependability and Excellence, which when combined created Value. The second video concentrated on AIR Time. AIR Time is software that connects all relevant database information, help desk ticket information and customer information to their 2600 field technicians in a two-way real-time link. The system ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. The on-site technician knows the complete history of the hardware or software in question, and can produce and solve new tickets immediately. CompuCom has deployed the videos to the laptops of their nationwide sales staff and technicians to show to their clients as a sales tool.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
CompuCom wanted to attract new customers to Enterprise, pivot from other CompuCom offerings with current customers, show off Enterprise's facilities to Enterprise customers outside the DFW area and increase their level of participation, and finally to distinguish their help desk offerings from competitors, via a proprietary tracking system called AIR Time.
